This is an intensive course suitable for active woodworkers who are familiar with the process of cutting dovetails by hand. With the use of a simple magnetic guide you will discover how to cut the perfect dovetails straight from the saw everytime!

Also covered are tips and techniques for the use of chisels, marking knife, hammer, cutting gauge and saws. In addition you will learn a simple method for laying out dovetails as well as using the very useful dovetail alignment board. You will be able to put these techniques into practice by making an attractive box with through dovetails in contrasting timbers.

If you struggle with the fit and general appearance of your dovetails, or you just want to speed up the whole process then this course will be an invaluable and enjoyable learning experience.
